How long will it take for you to fix my desktop or laptop computer? We have a 5 step process for computer repair. |
| 1. Diagnostics - We run several tests to pin point the issue(s) with the computer. Some issues go deeper than what you might see on the surface. |
| 2. Advise - After Diagnostics we will communicate to you what we found and an estimate to fix the computer. |
| 3. Repair - When you approve the estimate to fix your computer we will usually have it ready for pick up in 3 days unless we have to order any special parts. |
| 4. Pick Up - When your computer is fixed we will call you. We will be happy to answer any questions about the repair process at that time. |
5. Assist - After you start using your serviced/new computer, questions may arise. We are only a phone call away and any of our qualified technicians will be able to assist you with any questions you may have |
